Our mission
Bridging research, innovation, and implementation
Equity By Design exists because the distance between what education research knows and what schools are able to do remains too wide. Promising ideas stall in pilot form. Families and educators work around systems that were never designed to connect them.
We close that distance. We study the conditions that shape student experience, design tools and frameworks that respond to what we learn, and stay with our partners through implementation — because equity is built in daily practice, not in strategy documents.
Consulting is one of the ways we fulfill that mission. Research, innovation, and publishing are the others.

FAM+PACT was developed through years of educational experience and research to solve one of education's greatest challenges — fragmented communication and disconnected student support systems.
It is not simply software. It is a model for how families, teachers, counselors, and administrators hold a shared picture of a student, act on it together, and see whether that action made a difference.
