What we count, and why
Impact claims in education are easy to make and hard to substantiate. These are the standards we hold ourselves to.
Leading indicators over lagging ones
We track whether practice actually changed — follow-through on support actions, two-way family contact, coherence of instructional routines — before we claim outcome movement.
Experience alongside achievement
Belonging, trust, and access are measured directly, not inferred from test results.
Durability after we leave
A partnership succeeds if the system still runs a year after our involvement ends.
Published honesty
We report what did not work. Null results are part of the evidence base we owe the field.

FAM+PACT pilot cohort
Partner schools are testing the model across elementary and secondary settings. We are tracking support follow-through rates and family contact reciprocity as the first indicators.
District coherence engagement
A multi-year F.O.C.U.S.™ Method engagement reduced the number of active district priorities and rebuilt the review cadence around a small set of measures.
Multilingual learner program review
A program review surfaced placement decisions made without language-growth evidence, leading to revised district guidance.
