FAM+PACT

FAM+PACT was developed through years of educational experience and research to solve one of education's greatest challenges — fragmented communication and disconnected student support systems.

FAM+PACT is not simply software. It is a model for how the adults around a student coordinate: what they know, who acts, and how anyone can tell whether the action helped.

In most schools, a student's story is distributed across a gradebook, a counselor's notes, an attendance system, a translated letter, and three separate conversations. FAM+PACT assembles that story, assigns responsibility for the next step, and closes the loop with the family.

It grew directly out of our research on communication fragmentation and is currently in pilot with partner schools.

Core principles

What makes FAM+PACT different

One shared picture

Teachers, counselors, administrators, and families work from the same record of what a student needs and what has been tried.

Action, not notification

Every flag carries an owner and a next step, so information turns into support rather than another message in a queue.

Families as partners

Communication is two-way, multilingual by design, and respectful of how families actually receive information.

Evidence of change

Teams can see whether a support action moved anything — attendance, engagement, grades, or belonging.

We are partnering with a small cohort of schools to refine the model in different contexts — urban and rural, elementary and secondary, multilingual and monolingual.
