Professional Learning

Workshops built for the room you are actually walking into

Facilitated sessions grounded in the H.O.U.S.E.™ and F.O.C.U.S.™ frameworks — for school teams, district leadership, families, and students. Every workshop ends with a plan, not a packet.

Offerings

Four ways to bring EBD into your building

Each format can stand alone or anchor a longer partnership.

  • H.O.U.S.E.™ Belonging Workshop

    School and district teams

Half day or full day, on site or virtual

A facilitated walk through the five H.O.U.S.E.™ pillars, ending with a concrete plan for the structures, routines, and relationships your building will change first.

  • F.O.C.U.S.™ Planning Session

    Leadership teams and improvement committees

Half day, or a three-session series

Cut the improvement plan down to what matters most. Teams leave with a sequenced set of priorities, owners, and a cadence for reviewing progress.

  • Family & Student Workshops

    Families, students, and counselors

    90 minutes, evening or in-school

High School Declassified sessions for parents and teens — navigating high school systems, self-advocacy, and the decisions that shape what comes next.

  • Custom Professional Learning

    Districts, networks, and organizations

    Scoped to your calendar

Multi-day institutes, coaching cycles, and staff development built around your data, your context, and the outcomes you are accountable for.

How a workshop runs

Discovery through follow-up

Every engagement follows the same five-stage lifecycle so learning is measured, not assumed.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Scope goals, context, and readiness so the session is built for your building.

  2. 02

    Coordination

Dates, logistics, and agreement. Confirmed participants receive registration and accessibility materials directly.

  3. 03

    Preparation

A pre-session survey baselines where participants are before the workshop begins.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Facilitated on site or virtually, ending with a plan your team owns.

  5. 05

    Follow-through

Post-session feedback and a leadership follow-up shape the partnership's next phase.

Participant registration, pre- and post-session surveys, and the leadership follow-up are shared with confirmed participants and are available in your signed-in library.

Bring the card decks

The H.O.U.S.E.™ and F.O.C.U.S.™ conversation decks are the facilitation tool teams keep using after the workshop ends. Bulk pricing available for cohorts.

Go deeper with certification

Schools that want the frameworks embedded — not just introduced — move from workshops into a credential pathway for staff and the school itself.

Keep the cohort together

Learn. Be. Do. membership gives your team the community, cadence, and coaching that make a single session stick.
