ULRL · Contributor Program

Real educators. Real experience. Real resources.

ULRL — UnLearn ReLearn — is built on practitioner knowledge. Contributors create practical learning experiences that move subscribers through WATCH → THINK → DO.

ULRL is currently building its Founding Contributor community across a wide range of educational roles.

What contributing to ULRL makes possible

Share

Extend valuable knowledge beyond one classroom, one building, or one district.

Develop a professional body of published educational work under your name.

Connect

Become part of a community of educators and education professionals doing the same work.

Be recognized

Qualifying contributors may receive professional profiles, certificates, digital badges, EBD benefits, and contributor recognition.

Earn

Published Content Packages that reach the established ULRL qualifying-view threshold may become eligible for participation in the ULRL Contributor Revenue Pool.

Contributors are independent education professionals, not employees of Equity By Design. Publication does not guarantee earnings, and no specific amount is promised.

How it works

From raising your hand to measuring your impact

Do not create your complete video before your proposal is approved. Proposal approval protects your time and keeps the ULRL library coherent.

Founding Contributors

Help shape what ULRL becomes

ULRL is initially building a Founding Contributor community representing diverse educational roles, experiences, backgrounds, and areas of expertise.

  • Permanent Founding Contributor designation
  • Digital badge
  • Certificate
  • Contributor community access
  • EBD product benefits
  • Early access to selected EBD initiatives
  • Product feedback opportunities
  • Collaboration opportunities
  • Potential consideration for future commissioned projects

Founding Contributor benefits are non-financial recognition and participation opportunities. Financial participation is limited to the established ULRL residual program.

Before you apply

What ULRL contributors agree to

Knowing this up front makes the process smoother for everyone. The formal Contributor Agreement comes later, during onboarding.

  • ULRL content is reviewed before publication.
  • Content should reflect genuine knowledge, experience, or appropriately supported expertise.
  • Content proposals must be approved before production begins.
  • Contributors follow ULRL privacy, copyright, accessibility, and professional standards.
  • Supporting materials must be original, properly licensed, or appropriately attributed.
  • Student and confidential information must be protected.
  • ULRL may request revisions, and publication is not guaranteed.
  • EBD does not guarantee individualized promotion.
  • Contributors are expected to reasonably share published contributions and tag EBD/ULRL.
  • Publication does not guarantee earnings; residual eligibility begins only after applicable ULRL requirements and engagement thresholds are met.

FAQ

Questions contributors ask first

Do I need video experience?
No. ULRL values practitioner knowledge more than production experience. Onboarding covers the recording basics, and our Creator Standards explain everything technical you need.
Should I record my video before applying?
No. Apply first. After acceptance and onboarding, you submit a Content Proposal — production should begin only after that proposal is approved.
Is publication guaranteed?
No. Every ULRL contribution is reviewed before publication, and ULRL may request revisions or decline to publish.
How does earning work?
Published Content Packages that meet ULRL requirements and reach the qualifying-view threshold may become eligible for the ULRL Contributor Revenue Pool. Contributors are not employees, no specific amount is promised, and publication does not guarantee earnings.
Who owns what I create?
You retain your professional voice and expertise. Supporting materials must be original, properly licensed, or appropriately attributed, and student or confidential information must always be protected.
How long does review take?
Applications move through submitted, under review, and a decision. If we need more detail we will mark your application information needed and email you.
