The 7-Day Back-to-School Reset™
Seven days. Ten to fifteen minutes each. A structured, evidence-informed reset for educators who want the start of this year to run differently — designed as professional learning, not a challenge or a funnel.
What this is
The Reset is a short implementation experience. Each day gives you one idea, one decision, and one small action you can finish in the time you actually have. It draws on research on educator workload, implementation, and school start-of-year conditions, and on what we hear from educators in our own work. It is not a controlled study, and we do not claim it will produce specific outcomes for you.
The Reset is free. There is nothing to buy to complete it, and everything you make during the week is yours to keep.

Day 2
Classroom Experience Design
Design the opening days students will experience, rather than improvising them.

Day 4
Learner Variability & Access
Make the opening weeks usable for every learner in the room.
Day 5
Family Partnership Communication
The first message, the first meeting, and the first ask.
Day 6
Educator Capacity & Boundaries
Where your time leaks, and what you protect first.
